PICU...

I'm currently on peds ICU, which I have been dreading now for over a year. Thankfully, I'm happy to report it hasn't been nearly as bad as I thought it would be, and that is despite having to manage 2 babies on ECMO. However, even though I feel like I'm surviving I'm still very tired, exhausted, (insert a whole bunch of other adjectives to describe a sleep deprived resident), etc.

Hang in there Rachel! Hope you have a good Sabbath anyway. I'll be in the ICU all weekend too.
