Queen Esther's Gait
While picking up something for Nanna at Hancock's fabric store, Amy suddenly announces she has to go pee-pee RIGHT NOW.
Picking up Michael, bags, and purse, I quickly ascertain where the nearest restroom is located and start slogging there as quickly as possible.
About three quarters of the way there, I realize Amy is no longer right behind me. Quickly, I stop and turn around to see where she's gone and there she is slowly sauntering toward the restroom. Each foot daintily placed one in front of the other and the stride completed with a little toss of the head.
"Amy, just WHAT are you doing!" I ask, a little annoyed. "You told me you had to go pee-pee!"
"I do mommy, but I have to walk there slowly because that's how Queen Esther walked."
