I couldn't do it without them
We just got back from a trip to Hilton Head, SC and I'm unpacking. I hate unpacking (and packing for that matter). I verbalize my dislike of unpacking to Eric and Amy overhears me.
"Momma, aren't you glad that you have two kids to help you unpack!?"
Yes," I immediately responded. "Thanks for not letting me forget you are my great helper."
"Don't worry, momma!" Amy responded cheerfully. "I'll make sure you never forget!"
And then when her water spilled (while being helpful) she immediately reminded me: "Don't worry about helping me, I need to learn to clean up MY messes!"
And now that she can read, she is reading this post back to me so I'm going to have to stop blogging when the kids are around...
More later :)
