Better doctors

While driving home from a violin concert:
Amy: Mommy, who is a better doctor, you or daddy?
Me: I think we are both excellent physicians!
Amy: No! Daddy is better because, well, he can just make a hole and fix it
Me: Huh?
Amy: Yeah, like what he did for Uncle Philip. He just made a hole and 'digged' out what was hurting him!
