Cookie vegetable

"Hey mom," Amy shouts, looking up from the cookie box she had been studiously studiously studying. "These cookies count for our vegetable today!"
I look a bit incredulous. "Really? How so?"
"They contain vegetable oil!"
"Ah no. That doesn't count." I remonstrate. Vegetable oil is very refined and all the vegetable is taken out of vegetable oil."
"But mommy," she counters hopefully. "There is still a very tiny bit of vegetable in the oil. Can't that count?"
