Day #8

Well...The hospitals are still empty, the news media is going crazy, and I'm trying to deal with my all or nothing personality that either has it "all bad" or "all good." Eric and I got in a very heated debate about this virus. He is convinced it's a big deal and I'm maintaining that it's not. Either I'm in denial or he's wrong... I guess we will see.

We drove around all afternoon dropping off Junior Sabbath School lessons and books for our family groups. We kept our social distance. Left the books on porches and did not go into any homes. I want to respect the law even if I am skeptical at this point.

We ended the day by eating a meal with some close friends. One was just diagnosed with cancer and needed encouragement. Again, we were very careful to keep our social distance. No more than 8 people at the meal. No hugging, handshakes, etc.

Since we can't go anywhere this summer, we are going to have a BIG garden, again. Got one entire bed planted with greens.

And that's the end of day #8.
